Slate Summary

  • Since there was only 1 game yesterday, we are given a 3 game slate which I much prefer over 2 games. Another great day as game 3 of the Battle of Alberta will be taking place but this time, Edmonton are at home.
  • As long as the Oilers are still in the playoffs, I will be locking McDavid whenever he is on a slate. He is just that good and I wouldn’t recommend fading him in cash games as he is playing close to 25 minutes per game. It’s crazy to think that in his last 5 games, his most recent game was his lowest fpts performance as he ended with 26.6 so let’s just let that sink for a bit.
  • The Tampa Bay Lightning took a 2-0 lead against one of the best teams standing in the Florida Panthers at their home stadium. Stamkos has been great in the first 2 games posting 16.5 in each of them. Not only does he rack up shots, he can still get you helpers as well.
  • Hedman is just way too cheap here for 6.7. He plays a ton of minutes (25+) and also plays on L1/PP2. This is an easy play for his price tag.

  • Connor McDavid (EDM) (C) (10.1)
  • Steven Stamkos (TB) (W) (7.8)
  • Victor Hedman (TB) (D) (6.7)

  • Mike Smith (EDM) (G) (7.3)
  • Tyson Barrie (EDM) (D) (4.6)
  • Mikhail Sergachev (TB) (D) (4.1)

  • CGY
