NHL DFS FanDuel & DraftKings Core Plays (November 21)

Auston Matthews (TOR) (C) – $9,500

  • We have a good size slate today with 6 games. Auston is priced up on FD and although he isn’t a lock, he is my favorite spend up today. There are some good value plays which allows me to feel comfortable with my build with Matthews.

Jakob Chychrun (ARI) (D) – $5,100

  • This is the player I have been expecting as Chychrun has hit double digit FD points in 3 of his last 4 games. His price only got bumped $300 more so I don’t mind it. It’s really hard to play him over on DK but at 5.1k playing 25+ minutes is a lock for me.

Mika Zibanejad (NYR) (C) – $7,400

  • I love that FD added the Rangers game to the main slate as it’s missing for DK. The Rangers are who I want to target today and starting off with Mika. He is 7.4k playing on the top line and top power play unit.

Artemi Panarin (NYR) (W) – $7,600

  • Bread man is someone who I want to pair up with Mika today. Correlation between these two players is good but I wish he played on the same line. Regardless, they are on PP1 together and can definitely do damage together.

Auston Matthews (TOR) (C) – $9,000

  • By far my favorite play of the slate. Matthews is way too cheap on DK and you can some what argue that over on FD. I think his price is right on FD but make sure you lock in Matthews on DK as your starting piece for cash game builds.

Marc-Andre Fluery (CHI) (G) – $7,500

  • I don’t plan on playing any other goalie than Flower today mostly due to pricing. Flower was rocky to start the year but he has picked it up and he is viable in cash games.

  • Viktor Arvidsson (LA) (W) – $5,500

  • Dominik Kubalik (CHI) (LW) – $4,600
  • Zach Parise (NYI) (LW) – $2,700
  • Viktor Arvidsson (LA) (LW) – $5,800
  • Patrick Kane (CHI) (RW) – $8,300
  • Travis Hamonic (VAN) (D) – $3,100
